How do I confirm a wedding reception date?
Please call us at 954-766-6128 and ask to speak with a Certified Wedding Planner.
What are the service charge and sales tax amounts?
The resort charges a 24% service fee and 6% sales tax.
What kinds of facilities do you provide for the wedding ceremony?
We can host ceremonies on our private beach, on the terrace overlooking the ocean or in one of our beautiful ballrooms.
What facilities do you have available for receptions and dinners?
We can host receptions and dinners on the terrace overlooking the ocean or in one of our ballrooms.
Does the hotel offer special room rates for our guests?
Yes, we ask that if you are expecting 10 or more rooms to arrange a room block. If you do not expect to be using 10 rooms, a discounted rate will be offered for individual rooms when you are having an event with us.
Is there a time frame for notifying the hotel of our guaranteed guest attendance?
We require a final guaranteed number 3 business days prior to your event.
Are wedding party discounts available in any of the resort’s outlets, such as Spa or restaurants?
We can arrange special pricing in the spa and outlets based on availability; please discuss your needs with your hotel wedding planner.
When should we discuss our menu selections?
Menu selections are normally discussed before signing a contract, and the final menu selections are determined at the menu tasting, about 2 months before the event.
Can I use outside vendors?
Yes. The hotel requires an insurance certificate for outside vendors.
Does the hotel allow outside food and beverage vendors?
The hotel does allow outside vendors for ethnic and religious catering, as well as dessert vendors. Please discuss details with your hotel wedding planner for pricing and insurance requirements.
What are our options for linens?
We include floor-length ivory table linens and ivory napkins. If you prefer specialty colors or prints, we can arrange the rental of linens and napkins on your behalf with one of our linen providers. Chair covers and sashes are included in the Wedding Packages in your choice of colors.
